By using gooddog.ca or booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate information about yourself and your dog
Keep vaccinations, health records, and behaviour information current
Follow Good Dog’s policies on drop-off, pick-up, and care requirements
Pay fees as required for booked services
Services
Bookings depend on availability and approval
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if health, safety, or behaviour concerns arise
Prices, schedules, and services may change without notice
Liability
Services are provided “as-is” and at the client’s own risk
Good Dog is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses to dogs, clients, or third parties, except where required by law
Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify Good Dog against claims or expenses related to their dog’s actions or health conditions.
Privacy
Personal data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may refuse service or terminate bookings if policies are violated.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted here. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be handled by BC courts.
